About the Role
This vacancy is for a part-time (20 hours) position within our Paramedical Team. We are looking for an enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to support our Paramedical Team with a wide range of organizational and administrative tasks. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth operations, excellent client service, and strong collaboration across our paramedical services.
As a valued team member, your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Coordinate client intakes, update records, process indications in the digital client system, liaise with GPs and paramedical staff, manage client inquiries, track referrals, and maintain contract information;
Take care of invoicing in our automated system: preparing and sending monthly invoices to insurers, ensuring accurate filing and financial reporting, and managing general administrative tasks like mail handling.
Provide all-round administrative support, including correspondence, absentee registration, assisting specialists, participating in team meetings, processing online orders and shipments, tracking office supplies, and other tasks requested by management.
Requirements
The job requires:
MBO education or equivalent level;
Experience working with digital personnel information systems;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
Knowledge of English and Dutch is essential.
This position is based on a scale FWG 30. Dutch residents or permanent residence permit holders only. Job description is available on request.
