

About the Role
This vacancy is for a full-time position (40 hours) within our Sister Basilia Center (Residence). The Sister Basilia Center Residential Home is for persons with moderate to profound intellectual disabilities. The Group Leaders place emphasis on structuring clients' development in the following areas: academic, physical, social, and self-help.
The Group Leader's tasks and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Stimulates and provides support to clients with ADL activities;
Performs and provides guidance in household and/or recreational tasks;
Performs simple medical tasks such as wound care and subcutaneous injections;
Execute administrative tasks such as maintaining care files.
Requirements
The job requires:
SPW level 3 or 4 diploma/ LPN level 3 diploma;
Relevant work experience in daycare, education, or care for individuals with moderate to profound intellectual disabilities;
Knowledge of the English language. Spanish and Papiamento are a plus.
This position is open to both full-time and part-time candidates, offering flexibility to suit individual needs.
This position is based on a scale FWG 35 for SPW level 3 or FWG 40 for SPW level 4. Dutch residents or permanent
