About the Role
This vacancy is for a full-time position (40 hours per week) within our Sister Basilia Center - Day Activity Center. The Day Activity Center provides care to our clients with moderate to profound intellectual disabilities. Group Leaders place emphasis on structuring clients in the following skills: academics, physical, social, and self-help.
The Group Leader’s job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Stimulates and provides support to clients with ADL activities;
prepares and executes activities with clients;
administers medicine;
executes administrative tasks such as maintaining care files;
It is the first point of contact for parents.
This position is based on a scale FWG 35 for SPW 3 or FWG 40 for SPW 4. Dutch residents or permanent residence permit holders only. Job description is available on request.
This position is open to both full-time and part-time candidates, offering flexibility to suit individual needs.
Requirements
The job requires:
SPW level 3 or 4 diploma;
Relevant work experience in daycare, education, or care for individuals with moderate to profound intellectual disabilities.
Knowledge of the English language. Spanish and Papiamentu are a plus.
