About the Role
The Movement Therapist (Specialist Bewegingsagoog) tasks and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Providing movement therapy treatments to clients.
Evaluating the results of treatment plans and reviewing alternative plans if necessary.
Collaborating extensively with the team and other relevant paramedical staff to ensure clients engage in activities tailored to their needs/abilities.
Execute administrative tasks such as maintaining care files.
The position is based on a scale FWG 40 for level 4 and FWG 35 for level 3. Dutch residents or permanent residence permit holders only.
Requirements
The job requires:
Associates' level 3 or 4 degree in movement therapy, anatomy, or exercise sciences.
Relevant work experience in intellectual disability care.
Knowledge of other paramedical fields and experience in hydrotherapy are a plus.
Knowledge of the English language. Spanish is a plus.
