About the Role
The Facility Department is looking for a Domestic Worker to join our team. This is a full-time position (40 hours per week).
The Domestic Worker will provide cleaning services within our St. Martin’s Home client rooms, common areas, and office spaces.
The Domestic Worker's tasks and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Executes daily cleaning activities such as the cleaning of floors, walls, care units, restrooms, common areas and office spaces;
Executes periodic cleaning activities such as cleaning of windows, insect screens and furniture;
Manages his/her own materials and makes proposals to management regarding replacing materials.
This position is based on a scale FWG 15, with a gross monthly salary ranging from Cg. 2.342 to Cg. 2.966, depending on the relevant level of education and years of experience.

Requirements
The job requires:
Reliability, honesty and good social skills when working with our clients;
Ability to work independently;
Flexibility to working on weekends and public holidays;
Proficiency in English (knowledge of Dutch, Spanish, and Papiamento is a plus).
