About the Role
This vacancy is for a part-time (20 hours) HR Advisor within our HR Department. We are seeking an enthusiastic HR professional to provide essential recruitment, organizational, and personnel administrative tasks.
The HR Advisor’s job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Maintains accurate and up-to-date personnel data;
Does personnel planning;
Executes recruitment for our care teams;
Drafts, correspondence, and official documents;
Provides personnel data to management as needed;
Executes employee information sessions;
Does report writing.
Requirements
The job requires:
MBO-level 4 education and mindset;
Proficiency in Payroll Pro;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
Must have strong interpersonal skills;
Demonstrates a service-minded attitude contributing to team efficiency;
Knowledge of English and Dutch is essential.
