About the Role
This vacancy is for a full-time position (40 hours per week) within our Facilities Department. As an all-round maintenance worker, you execute structural and technical maintenance work. You work in the area of carpentry, electricity, plumbing, masonry, and painting.
The Maintenance Worker's tasks and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Repairs furniture and inventory and executes the preventative maintenance plan;
Performs electrical work and repairs;
Conducts other tasks such as painting, plumbing, carpentry, and masonry work;
Maintains tools, equipment, and machines;
Transports appliances within the foundation and to clients' homes.
Requirements
The job requires:
VSBO level or equivalent education;
Valid B-drivers license;
Must know how to operate a manual (stick shift) vehicle;
Relevant work experience and knowledge of building techniques, tools, and woodworking.
Ability to work independently;
Good command of the English language.
This position is based on a scale FWG 30. Dutch residents or holders of a permanent residence permit only.
